Media Release – The RoarFest may photograph, video, or otherwise record my booth, products, staff, and likeness during the event and may use such media for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes without compensation.
Vendor Approval – Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. The RoarFest reserves the right to approve or decline any vendor at its sole discretion.
Conduct & Content – I agree to operate in a professional manner and ensure my products, materials, and messaging are appropriate for a family-friendly Christian event.
Liability – I am responsible for my own property, equipment, staff, permits, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws and venue rules.
Accuracy of Information – I certify that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge.
